I'm so excited! Ever since last night I've been feeling the baby kick his way around my tummy! I definitely know that it's not just my food digesting, and it doesn't just tap and stop for days now, it taps and taps and taps like it's dancing around in there :)
I can't wait for Graham to be able to feel it too, apparently that won't be for another 8 or 9 weeks though. I'm sure that'll go by quickly enough - I can't believe I'm nearly 18 weeks along already!
I finally moved into my 'fat-jeans' today. I tried on my normal ones and although I could do them up, I couldn't actually move very well so I had to change :( I'm going to hang onto them though to see if I can ever fit into them again.
Other exciting news: 2 of our fish had babies the night before last and the tank is absolutely full of tiny baby fish! There were over 35 at one point but I left a bunch in the aquarium with the bigger fish and I think some may have been eaten... or possibly died. There are so many that I'm going to have to take them to the aquarium store eventually and trade them in or donate them I guess. The funny thing is, the babies arrived the day after we went and bought 6 more fish for the tank because I didn't think there were enough in there. :)

16 weeks & 3 days
Obviously I haven't done a very good job in keeping up with the weekly pictures... but I finally managed to get the camera out, so here I am at just over 16 weeks.
Not too much has changed lately... I'm still getting the occasional headache but at least they haven't been migraines. The heartburn seems to have gone away... we'll see how long that lasts. I cry a lot easier these days, and I'm hungry all the time. I just ate cereal and a grilled cheese sandwhich and all I can think of is what I could possibly eat next. I think I might make a carrot cake today too...yummy!

Little Monster
I'm not very good at keeping this thing updated am I? In fact I haven't even told anyone about it yet so I'm sure no one is reading it. I guess in that case it doesn't matter that I'm not updating it often, but then again I'm sure I'll be mad at myself later for having nothing to look back on.
Good news:
1) I haven't had a migraine in about 10 days, maybe more - yay!
2) My acne seems to have cleared up - double yay!
3) The heartburn isn't that bad - for now.
4) I think I may have felt the little monster kicking a couple of times!
(Graham has started calling it 'Little Monster" because I'm Becky Monster.)
I'm not a hundred percent sure about the kicking though because I don't really know what it's supposed to feel like. It was kind of like a cross between a tiny 'tap-tap-tap' from inside, and a twitch. I've felt it about 3 times in the last week so maybe it is the baby. I hope it gets stronger and easier to tell.

Baby's First Pictures
We went for the first scan last week and were absolutely amazed when little Baby Ball's shape appeared on the screen. I didn't expect it to look like a baby already! It was even more amazing when it moved and stretched it's legs out. It had the hiccups too, which was adorable. It even kicked when the sonographer pushed my tummy with the wand. I couldn't believe that that little guy was moving around inside of me and I couldn't feel a thing. I'm becoming more and more curious as to what it'll be like when I do start to feel it.
13 weeks & 2 days
Unfortunately during this second trimester I seem to have developed heartburn, and migraines which are no fun at all. I've had 3 so far since New Years Eve.
Anyway, I'm still enjoying my baby's first pictures :)
